Parlor Coffee may be one of New York City's smallest espresso bars, but it also serves the best coffee around. It's located in the back of the Persons of Interest barbershop. Dillon Edwards, the barista, operates his Speedster espresso machine in the tiny back room. What's amazing about the coffee is that Edwards creates his shots of espresso from beans he roasts himself. While it may not be your typical neighborhood coffee place, Parlor Coffee is unique to Williamsburg and is a definite must if you're looking for something truly homemade.
