In celebration of the 150th Anniversary of Moët & Chandon’s flagship champagne, Moët Impérial, the house dug into their archives and unearthed a collection of never-before-seen photos of starlets and luminaries throughout history.

These classic black and white images were preserved in a vault and carefully guarded by historians and archivists, and illustrate bubbly celebrations among some of the most unforgettable moments of the last century.

From Paul Newman’s 40th birthday party on-set in Nice, France, to Andy Warhol’s private bottle service dinner in New York City, these exclusive images showcase the most iconic revelries in sports, cinema, fashion and popular culture proving that no matter the occasion, champagne is always the best accessory.
