Fans of Julian Fellowes's new HBO hit, The Gilded Age, probably recognize most of its stars from the Broadway stage. Among them is Denée Benton, the Tony-nominated actress in her breakout television role as willful writer and aspiring journalist, Peggy Scott. It's no wonder she's quickly become a fan-favorite, both on-screen and off. And while her acting chops definitely make her one to watch, we'll also be keeping an eye on her as a style star on the rise. When she's not dressed up in period clothing on set (from Hamilton to The Gilded Age), Denée has been stepping out in glamorous looks that give the red carpet a run for its money.
