Hound Dog, Dakota's latest (semi controversial) film is storming through our city this week. And this lovely little lady is set to be a big star yet again. Is an Oscar in store? One thing's for sure: Dakota is going to continue to have all of the fashion designers at their heels just waiting to get their hands on her beautiful ivory skin. Dakota Fanning is well on her way to becoming the new "it tween" ala Olsen sisters, with "Countdown-to-18" Lists already sprouting up onthe internet.
