Last night in the Hiro Ballroom at the Maritime Hotel, over 300 fashion industry trendsetters, artists, socialites, entertainers, philanthropists, and business leaders came together to celebrate ArtWorks’ heroes - children courageously battling chronic and life-threatening illnesses.
Founded in 2002, ArtWorks provides children and young adults suffering from chronic and life-threatening illnesses, and their siblings, access to creative and performing arts programs that encourage the use of the creative process as a vehicle for healing, communication, self-expression and personal development.
There was a live auction conducted by renowned auctioneer Nicholas D. Lowry of Swann Galleries and DJ’s Chrissie Miller and Leo Fitzpatrick spun music all night long. The space also showcased artwork created by inspiring children, which was included in the auction.
