Donald Robertson Gave Anna Wintour & Karl Lagerfeld A 'Nutty' New Look

Manhattanites got a sneak preview of Fashion Is Nuts when prints of the book took over the walls of Sant Ambroeus Soho during the café's one year anniversary celebrations. Sipping on bubbly and Sant Ambroeus' famous caffé gelato, guests partied in the presence of good company, including Karl "Über Nut" Lagerfeld and Anna "Alpha Nut" Wintour. The idea for the tome was conceived by Robertson over the holidays in an accidental stroke of inspiration. "I had run out of paper one day," Robertson shared with Page Six, and "we had nuts and no nutcracker." Fashion Is Nuts will be available in a very limited 1,000 copy volume. Posters of certain prints and special postcards created for Parisian concept boutique Colette will also be available for purchase. Plus, GofG has overheard whispers of a certain foursome (composed of no other than Joe Zee, Serge Normant, Peter Davis, and Linda Fargo) getting together next week to throw a launch bash for Robertson's publication.
