The opening film was also the premiere for "A Serious Man," playing at the Ziegfeld Theater. Jeff Goldblum, Adam Arkin, Bob Balaban, Richard Kind, Susan Lucci, Joel Cohen, Ethan Cohen, Vincent Pastore and Scott Cavanagh showed for this first viewing in the festival schedule. The program continues through Sunday, ending with Uma Thurman's "Motherhood."
