Mimi Weddell, our favorite "Advanced Style" subject and the actress whom we threw a big old hat party for last fall at the Algonquin Hotel has passed away at the age of 94. Ari Cohen has a beautiful post HERE on the ways Mimi helped shape his life in NYC. The limited time I spent with Mimi was full of eccentricity fun, and of course, style...always style. I have never been more concerned about how I was dressed than the coffee date spent with Mimi! ha. What a gem! Here's our hats off one last time to the great Mimi Weddell!
