Katie Lee Joel hosted the opening of a new art installation last night at the Reeves Contemporary, welcoming guests like Annabel Vartanian, Danny Simmons, Carrie Cloud, Kristian Laliberte, Miguelina Gambaccini and Jason Hodes to celebrate "Ambrosia," as created by artist Danielle Julian-Norton.
For "Ambrosia", Norton utilized 20,000 Neutrogena Cleansing Bars to create 7-foot high walls that run 40 feet long and 12 feet wide. On behalf of each guest who attended last night"s event, Neutrogena made a donation to the Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, which provides access to the arts for disadvantaged, urban youth.
More story and photos below:
The "Ambrosia" installation will be on display and open to the public until October 4th, and Neutrogena will continue to support the Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation by making a donation for all who view the exhibit for the duration it is on display.
