We very proud to tally up the names on Vanity Fair's Best Dressed List to see that more than half the list consists of New Yorkers. Most of the people on the list, in fact, are people who we chronicle and photograph throughout the year. Having seen the people on this list in countless party gowns and luncheon outfits, we pretty much agree with everyone who made this list.-
Except Brian Williams. We love you, Brian, but...best dressed New Yorker? We know at least a dozen young men on the scene who are more fashionable (and who would probably give their left arms to make this list....)
