A visit to the Plaza always adds a touch of elegance and old school glamour to any evening and last night was no exception. Singer Michael Fredo and his quartet were back for their weekly performance, and the musicians and the crowd were both great. Heavy hitters from the music, fashion and entertainment industries such as Tommy Hilfiger, Paul Schindler, songwriter Mary Brown, designer Tonia Spinelli, artist William Quigley, Gio Medtodiev, Gina Pepe, TV host Autumn Hawk, actor Tony Scheina, rock critic Deborah Frost and model Shannon Rusbelt all enjoyed the cocktails, conversation and, of course, the singing. Famous jazz trumpeter Lew Soloff was also in attendance and even played a song with Fredo. All in all, the perfect way to spend a summer night in the city.
