On Monday, pop stars, rappers, icons, and, TBH, a few "singers" we've never heard of took over New York City in honor of the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards. From Cardi B's post-baby comeback to J. Lo's Video Vanguard-worthy ensemble, there were plenty of must-see looks. But, given the VMA's wild reputation, not all of them could be classified as chic.
