The Real Housewives Of NYC Play Fight For Gotham's Bachelors

by SARAH MANDATO · October 16, 2009

Ramona Singer, Kelly BensimonThis morning, we brought you Bethenny's take on the new NY Housewives. Some fresh meat in the group does not mean that old frenemy relationships are going to die, and thank goodness for that. With everything from Ramona calling the Count an old man to Kelly Bensimon's classic, "[I'm up here, and you're down here]" belittling of Ms. Frankel, pushing these throw downs to the wayside would be almost as heartbreaking as Jill Zarin not getting to sit front row. The preserved and persisting tension was joked about on last night's step and repeat for Gotham Magazine's 100 Hottest Bachelors Party at  M2. It seems that the housewives, including newbie Sonja Morgan, stole the show from the good looking male group. Maybe everyone is bachelored out after Cosmo's party earlier in the week, especially since 100 is kind of overwhelming.
