Last night, the Young Patrons Circle for the American Friends of the Louvre held their kick-off party for the Soiree au Louvre. Designer Maggie Norris, along with YPC members David Chines and Gustaf Demarchelier, entertained guests at the private residence of cocktail party queen, Tracy Stern. Francophiles and socials alike sipped on Nuvo (L’esprit de Paris, of course) and white wine, enjoying the Upper East Side views and gracious company.

The night’s chic guests included Emma Snowdon-Jones, Christopher Pastor, designer Tiffany Koury, Ann Caruso, Alixe Laughlin, Janis Cecil, Alexander Dimitri, David Grunning, 070’s Mina Jacqueline Au, Mark Langrish, Peter von Lennep, Vogue’s Summer Rej, Jennifer Meyers, Max Whitney, Jack Bryan, Melissa Berkelhammer, Vitcor Medina-San Andres, and Briana Swanson.
The intimate affair served as the perfect introduction to the Louvre’s 2009 Soiree, which promises to be a fabulous affair.
