Aurora James of Brother Vellies
Aurora James is the designer behind African-inspired footwear brand Brother Vellies. Originally a Toronto native, the designer now lives in Brooklyn and bases her brand around her own rendition of the traditional African desert boot, the velskoen, also known as "vellies," a stylish and sustainable shoe.
