Places like New York and Los Angeles are obviously full of wealthy residents, but when it comes to the highest concentration of millionaires in America, neither city even makes it to the top 10. Finance site Kiplinger tapped Phoenix Marketing International to rank over 900 urban areas when it comes to the highest percentage of millionaire households in the U.S. - and the results may just have you packing your bags.
