Oysters & Mignonette Sauce
Ingredients:
-12 Fresh Oysters, preferably Hummock Island, CT
-1 T Champagne Vinegar
-1⁄2 shallot, minced
-Pinch Sugar
-Pinch Salt
-Pinch Pepper
Directions:
Combine vinegar, shallot, and seasoning. Allow to sit at least 1 hour. Shuck oysters. Spoon mignonette sauce over oysters. Serve.
