Pumpkin… fries? Yep! Even wedges of kabocha pumpkin get the fry treatment at Thai joint Ngam. While they’re not quite the same as a pile of crispy sweet potato fries, the pumpkin fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, complemented by a spicy red curry mayo.
