Chocolate Cupcakes & Peanut Butter Icing
There's no such thing as too much chocolate and peanut butter, right? Take, for example, these chocolate cupcakes loaded with yummy peanut butter icing. Sold.
Icing Ingredients:
Chopped salted peanuts, to decorate, optional
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 cup heavy cream
