Blueberry, Mango & Superfood Smoothie
You will need:
200 ml (organic goat- or soy-) yogurt
1 handful frozen blueberries
1 handful frozen mango
1 tbs beepollen
1 tbs goji berries
Blend it all together but keep some of the superfoods aside to top it off. If you want it to be (even) more filling – add 1/2 cup of raw oats or almonds.
