Hell's Kitchen Addicting Eats: Totto Ramen
At Totto Ramen their main focus seems to be a hot bowl of delicious soup. With very few, but savory and unforgettable appetizers, the menu is mainly made up of different variations of soup. There are six different types to choose from. Vegetarian noodle bowls which contain avocado, shiitake mushrooms and other Japanese garnishes share space on the menu with the Mega Ramen bowl which is garnished with charred pork, garlic, bean sprouts and green and white onion topped. The combination of crispy caramelized pork, fresh scallion and hot broth emits an explosion of decadent Asian flavors. There are an additional 16 items on a toppings menu, ranging from char siu pork and chicken to spicy bamboo shoots. This allows for the complete customization and personalization of your dinner and only adds to the addictive quality of the food. We dare you to try and go without ordering extra char siu pork on top of your steaming bowl of deliciousness. You'll never be too far from this savory solution to lunch or dinner with their Midtown East and Midtown West locations.
