Between avocado roses and mermaid toast, sometimes it seems like a girl can't even enjoy her breakfast unless it's an Instagrammable masterpiece worthy of an #eeeeeats hashtag. The struggle is real, you guys.
The latest trend on the photogenic foodie circuit? Cloud eggs. But hey, at least they're healthy. Coming in at just 161 calories, the pretty little take on traditional sunny side will certainly require a little extra effort in the morning, but man will those likes be worth it.
First, separate the egg whites from the yolks, whip them up until they're fluffy, then place them on a baking sheet, leaving a hole for the yolk. Pop them in the oven at 450 degrees for 5-8 minutes, add the yolks, and re-bake for another 3 minutes. Sprinkle on some toppings, serve on toast, and voilà, you are now worthy of being deemed an Insta-chef. Just make sure your natural lighting is on point otherwise this entire exercise in egg-making was worthless. Good luck!
