1 cup Grape seed oil
1 Garlic clove (minced)
1/4 wedge lemon juiced (around a t spoon)
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 dash Hot sauce
2 Tbsp chives (sliced)
1 pinch Kosher Salt
4x 1oz Cod steaks
1 ea Duck Egg
8 ea French Breakfast Radish
8 ea Baby Turnips
8 ea Baby Carrots
8 ea Green Asparagus
8 ea Fiddlehead Ferns
2 oz Baby arugula
