The brunch tater tots at ZenTaco were amazing. I know you're thinking "how can you screw up a tot?" Well, trust me, I've seen it happen. These were the perfect texture; crisp, yet light and fluffy, with just the right amount of salsa and crema. Oh and obviously, what doesn't get better with a fried egg on top?
