Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients from their neighbors over at Parisi Bakery, The Pickle Guys, and Pat LaFrieda, they attribute much of their success to composing the perfect burgers. L.E.S. Kitchen caters to all, from the bacon lover with their incredible juicy Mighty Bacon, to the all-green hippie with their Holy Shiitake. Their big secret? It's all in the sauce.
