You've worked on custom cakes for everyone from SoulCycle to the New York Knicks to Shopbop. Do you have a favorite brand you've worked with thus far?

It seems there is always a friend of a friend of a friend working somewhere cool that wants a cake. Word of mouth is definitely my biggest tool, but I am working on reaching out to more brands in the future. I am really into fashion and would love to recreate some current pieces of iconic brands.

This past year, I made a Game of Thrones throne cake for SNL. That cake was definitely an insane challenge and fun to present before their show. Also after the Knicks cake, they sent me a sick video of it getting smashed amongst the players. That was priceless. I really want to pair more with female entrepreneurs who have led the way in brand development.

Optimistically, looking ahead, I'd love to work with some favorites like Outdoor Voices’s Ty Haney, Glossier’s Emily Weiss, Y7 Yoga’s Sarah Levey, New York Pilates’s Heather Anderson, CJ Hendry, Sandy Liang, Eva Chen and Girl Knew York’s Mira Mariah. I really admire brands or individuals with such distinct style.
