Dominique Ansel's Frozen S'more
Well, there's the Cronut hype and then there's the hype about all of the other incredibly innovative desserts created by Chef Dominique Ansel. The close competitor to the Cronut and in our opinion the triumphant dessert, is the Frozen S'more. These honey-based marshmallows are placed into a stainless steel mold, doused in homemade vanilla custard and chocolate wafers, covered in more marshmallow, frozen overnight and then blow-torched using applewood chips.
