Golden Opulence Sundae from Serendipity 3
It's New York, so what would a sundae be without gold on top of it? Serendipity 3's Golden Opulence Sundae costs $1k and requires a 48 hour notice if you're planning on getting one, so no spontaneity allowed. This sundae contains candied fruit from Paris that costs around $100 per pound, a sugar flower that takes 8 hours to make, rare and expensive Chuao chocolate, caviar, and of course, 23 karat gold leaves and gold coated almonds to finish. Finally, it's served in a $300 crystal goblet with a gold plated spoon which you get to keep after eating as a memento of one of the best desserts you'll ever have.
