Another one toting the word "Melt" in their name, this cozy Park Slope restaurant takes the ingredients in this comfort food staple very seriously. Brought to you by the same folks behind New Jersey-based Valley Shepard Creamery, the cheeses here are made in-house and many aged three months or more. Think mouth watering concoctions like aged cheddar with brisket and baked mac and cheese, and raclette style cheese with pickled green tomatoes, jalapenos, bbq chips and watercress.
