Morris Truck
If a grilled cheese food truck does well enough to open a third version in Paris, then it must be doing something right. The truck was invited to Paris after doing well at the "Le Fooding" festival. The menu varies each day. One day it might be a Gouda with basil butter and "fat back" bacon. Another day it could be a Raclette, which comes with pickled pumpkin and Vadouvan brown butter. It can be intimidating to read the menu, which is a bit too high brow for a simple lunch, but there is always one staple to try. The classic, a combination of New York state cheddar and New Hampshire Landaff cheese.
