Break out the Prosecco Pong and pop some bottles, this Sunday marks National Prosecco Day - a time to celebrate our second favorite type of bubbly. Of course, you'll also need some snacks for the boozy fete, and we can think of nothing more appropriate than (duh!) Prosecco doughnuts.
Yep, Ruffino Wines and The Doughnut Project have teamed up to bring New York City the chicest doughnuts this side of, well, anywhere, infused with real Ruffino Prosecco and topped with pink glitter and edible gold leaf. Because how else would you get people's pinkies up while enjoying Homer Simpson's favorite treat?
The special edition desserts will be available August 14th through 20th at The Doughnut Project.
