Raindrop Cake
In the case that you've been living under a rock for the past few weeks, we'll give a quick recap of what the raindrop cake is. Inspired by a traditional mochi cake from Japan, the raindrop cake is a largely tasteless sugar and water mixture served with sweet sides of brown sugar syrup and soybean powder. We're assuming its immense popularity over the past few weeks is probably a result of the Bug's Life water-drop similarities it holds (aka our favorite scene of our favorite movie).
