Cafe El Presidente
Jason DeBriere of Peels is now the chef at Chelsea's newest hotspot, Cafe El Presidente. The new Mexican eatery is serving up taqueria-style dishes, like tacos on freshly made corn tortillas. One of Cafe El Presidente's most popular tacos is the El Pastor, a pork taco topped with pineapple, onions and cilantro.
