4. Pearl Oyster Bar

You can thank chef Rebecca Charles of Pearl Oyster Bar for bringing the blessed lobster roll trend to NYC. Since starting as a small seafood counter in 1997, the joint has expanded to become one of the best known names in seafood, with a lobster roll that is not to be missed.
