These Giant Watermelon Jell-O Shots Are The Ultimate Crowd-Pleaser

The season of barbecues, day-drinking, and rooftop parties is rapidly coming to an end, so adding some serious "hurrah" to all your last hurrahs is a must. In terms of boozy, Instagrammable, pure-summer-worthy fun, nothing beats these giant watermelon Jell-O "shots," which, considering their size, can probably be considered full-on cocktails.

They're easy to DIY (all you need is a watermelon, some Jell-O mix, and your vodka of choice) and they're each as big as your face. Twenty minutes of prep time, four hours in the freezer, and voilà, a fruity dessert and drink all in one.

Ingredients:

1 Large watermelon
4 3-oz. boxes watermelon Jell-o
2 1-oz. boxes unflavored gelatin
4 c. boiling water
4 c. vodka
