As one of the three new establishments tucked into the former Del Posto space, Mel's, from the Michelin-starred team behind its sister eatery Al Coro, puts a spotlight on wood-fired pizza. Elevated toppings include Japanese eggplant, shrimp scampi, and potato and leek with fontina, cured egg yolk, and thyme.
