The marketing

It turns out that the Wisconsin company has been sneaking its way into your consciousness via alternative marketing techniques. I.e. they pay fitness and clean eating bloggers to mention it so that they make their way into your eye line without shelling out the bucks for a formal ad campaign, and you sorta feel like you've "discovered" it.

Well, that's sweet, but you're kind of the subject of a big marketing ploy that tries to sell a product by giving "millennials" what the company thinks they want. Like "authenticity" and "originality." It's certainly not the worst phenomenon marketing strategies have initiated (read: cigs), but don't those words make you wanna vom?
