Staying home for holidays? Well, consider yourself on the nice list - especially since that means you can order in the most luxurious caviar experience from one of the most luxurious caviar spots in town.
Madison Avenue staple Marky's, and its famous "caviar speakeasy bar" HŪSO, are serving up the good stuff to New Yorkers this season.
Whether you opt for the fancy-fancy International Caviar Flight, a $640 situation featuring 1 oz each of almas Russian osetra, Russian royal osetra, and kaluga imperial gold, or the slightly more affordable Marky's Domestic Flight for $195, boasting sevruga classic grey, Siberian premium sturgeon, and white sturgeon, you're in for a curated (and very Insta-worthy) at-home tasting. Each flight, selected by HŪSO's chef Buddha Lo (formerly of Eleven Madison Park) obviously comes complete with egg yolks, egg whites, onions, creme fraiche, and blinis.
And if you need New Year's Eve plans? Well, they've got you covered there too, as they're offering up a fully lavish three-course feast of Huso Reserve Caviar, King Crab Legs, Oysters, Carabinero Prawns, and more followed by Wagyu Beef Short Rib Wellington with Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Black Truffle Jus, and a Dark Chocolate Tart. Sure, it starts at $200 per person, but that's simply a reason to keep the festivities limited to your pandemic pod only.
Seriously, after surviving 2020, we deserve to see this year off in style. And nothing says "good riddance" quite like good caviar.
