Need a gift for the design watcher in your life?  Russian designer Vadim Kibardin's concept for this sleek digital clock aligns form and function, and wastes no space or materials whatsoever. It also looks pretty cool.  The "clock" contains only figures illuminated with the accurate time  by a self-contained power supply and independent control.   Kibardin's creation is also versatile as the figures can be fixed to any surface.  The best part?
