How do you celebrate the holidays?  
I have a few holiday traditions. 

My favorite was singing Christmas carols at the 21 Club, so I'm on the prowl for a new singing spot. 

I always make sure to help the homeless by serving meals on the streets of NYC before I celebrate the actual holiday at my grandmother's in Erie, PA. We have a massive tree in the great room and endless pink champs.  

Where will you be this season? 
After my grandmother I am heading to the Bahamas with my lovely friend Gillian.

I imagine I will wear nothing but white!  

Are you a last-minute or way-in-advance shopper?  
I shop pretty consistently, so it's a bit of a mix. 

I am always keeping an eye out for festive and thoughtful gifts.  

What's the best gift you've ever received?
I recently received the most precious Herend poodle. It's an epic addition to my collection of Hungarian figurines.  

What's your go-to hostess gift?
Monogramed leather notebook, one can never have enough!  

Favorite spots to shop?
I am at Saks quite a bit. I have the most amazing personal shopper James Birkenholz! He knows what I need before I do. Scully and Scully is where I can often be found after lunch scoping out plates and flatware. 

And what is the holiday season with out poping over to Cartier?

What's on your list to get?  
This year I feel so fortunate to have all my needs and desires met! And to have healthy family and friends. That being said, anything Seaman Schepps or Verdura will do!

A Mink: In my family we have a little tradition. My mother and I call it the Christmas Carcass! Share in our tradition and pick out a mink that goes with your friend's personality. J Mendel is my favorite, but there are plenty of good options. Be sure to remind the lucky receiver that cold storage is non-negotiable.
