An Italian aperitivo that has gotten trendier in recent years, this sophisticated option is perfect before or after dinner. My personal favorite for true Amaro drinkers is Amaro Sibilla, although Nonino comes in a gorgeous bottle and is a guaranteed crowd pleaser. Fernet Branca tastes like an Alpine vacation and is an affordable classic for those who know their booze.
