What are some of your craziest travel stories?
Most recently, I was in Mongolia and I flew into Ulan Bator and then drove into the middle of nowhere in a four-wheel drive, bouncing over terrain because there’s not many roads. So, the driver had to have a GPS so he could mark his destination and then we just took off into the terrain, forging our own path. That was pretty wild.
When we finished the journey, we arrived at the Genghis Kahn Polo Club which is run by this very eccentric German man who lives in Kathmandu and has this temporary summer polo club. It's nothing like the Palm Beach Polo Club. It's this dusty frontier where you’re living off the grid.
