What are your day to day schedules like?
Mario: they vary greatly from day to day but for the most part we spend our mornings together getting organized about different events or projects. We try to have those mornings be as collaborative as possible and then Rich and I are in the kitchen by 430-5ish – just before the dinner service starts.
What do your parents think of what you’ve done?
Mario: They are all hugely supportive. They come here all the time.
Rich: They go more to Parm – they love Parm.
