Jeff: “The idea of serving meatball parm and chicken parm, it doesn’t seem like that novel of a concept, but the reason it’s been so successful is because it in fact is. There’s no one really giving it the respect that it deserves. “
Rich: “It’s the most simple sandwich idea but there was no where that you could actually get just that.”
How do you make the perfect Chicken Parm?
Mario: "I think the only way to do something really simple really well, uses the same technique across the board; it’s all of our training, it just so happens to be put in the form of a chicken sandwich. I mean you find really high quality ingredients, you cook it well, with care, and it’s all fundamental basic stuff. It’s all of our training applied to something very simple. And when you put all of that into it, it comes out substantially better"
