Lole, attend the class each Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:30 in the evening for free through August 20th. Some of the options are a high-intensity training class, a workout that will tone your entire body with hardcore intervals of push-ups, kettle bell movements, and more, a cardio dancing class, and rigorous strength training taught by Barry's Boot Camp.
