You're afraid of fat

After the dawning of the age of avocado, you should know that all fats are not created equal. Fried junk food? Bad. Olive oil, salmon, and avocado? Good. The key is incorporating monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats like omega-3s (found in walnuts, sunflower seeds, and fatty fish) into your balanced diet.
