You're doing steady cardio instead of HIIT

When you are doing cardio, make it more effective with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). A steady jog for 60 minutes will do less for your fat-burning than a 30 minute session of alternating walk-runs. It's all about those short bursts of energy that have you working to your full potential. Not only do you burn more during the workout, you'll also rev up your calorie burning days afterwards.
