Cheat (on your diet, that is)
You’re allowed to loosen up on vacay, just be super selective with splurges. I suggest allowing yourself one daily indulgence – just make it indigenous to the area versus something you can get any ‘ole day of the week. For example, have a second (or third!) glass of vino in Napa, a lobster roll at the beach, or a morning chocolate croissant in Paris.
