Under Desk Dynamics
There's no better feeling than working your legs after sitting still at your desk for a few hours. This exercise could not be easier: simply sit straight at your desk with both feet planted firmly on the ground and alternate raising each leg. Your leg should be parallel with your hip, hold this position for 10 seconds then lower it and switch legs. Repeat this 15 times once a day for sculpted calves and tight abs!
