Cubicle Dip
Triceps dips can be done virtually anywhere - so why not try them using your desk? Sit at the very edge of your desk and place your hands on either side of you body, gripping the edge of the desk. With your feet planted firmly on the ground about a foot or two away from the desk, slowly lower your body to reach a 90 degree angle then straighten your arms and raise it back up to starting position. Repeat this 10 times for a mid-day arm workout!
